Playing earlier patches.

I am interested into playing .08 to attempt and collect some of the old items.

You could see me as the furthest thing from a "techy" kind of gamer, I love to play them but I haven't got a clue about how to operate the stuff behind them.

Are there any tutorial/guides about how to download and play different patches?|||Trenshadows version switcher will allow you to play multiple patches with one download, or you can down load the appropriate patch from here and and overwrite the current dll with that of the patch you want to play. If you can wrap your head around the version switcher that'd be the better option, unless 1.08 is the only patch you want to use on that particular install.
