I don't see a thread about it, so perhaps some of you guys don't know yet? There is not going to be any SP mode for D3. You can play a game by yourself on B.net, but there is no offline play of any kind. (Barring hacks/piracy.) You MUST be connected to B.net the whole time, and if you get disconnected your game is over. It's not like SC2 where you just have to log in every now and then to verify your CD-key.
