The Fashionistas Tournament IDEA

Hello everybody

I was thinking if hosting a tournament were your gear was limited depending on what the current fashion is.

Every act people would roll on this table and their gear choices would have to try and get AS MUCH of that stat as possible, you would Have to pick up Every rare item to make it a challenge.

Code:
Life
Mana
Defense
MF
Leech
Resist
ect ect ect

I'm posting to see if anyone would be interested and for suggestions for fashions

If you like the idea and would like to join when this starts (probably in a couple of months or so) please add your name to the table below.

Code:
 Handorman
|||Trying seems a little too lenient. Maybe HAD to have the stats you rolled. I reckon that would have to work if the player had 3 or so fashions to wear: Life, Mf, resist.

They could only wear their equip if it had one of the three on there.

I'm too tired to think of anything else about it.|||i would come up with a strict set of rules at the point of starting but the idea would be if you had some lovely unique armor with 79 life on it and the current fashion was life and you then found a rare with 80 life you would have to wear the new rare|||oic!

So, the item with the most of the fashion you have to wear?

I reckon that would be neat... I wouldn't join for a while more than likely, made too many characters for now ! Plus, your random tourny, a couple more I joined, and trying to get an mf'er / guardian is at the top of my d2 list atm.|||yeah this wouldnt happen for at least 2 months and maybe longer

yeah the more fashionable the better it is

thats why you HAVE to pick up all rare, set and uniques to make it a challenge, i was going to make it all magical as well but people would not like picking all that stuff up.|||I was thinking we'd use only certain colored items. Like have only a single-pass run, no shopping, have either a random or self-chosen color and be restricted to items displaying that color on the character. And then at the end whoever finishes would be judged on looks LOL. I haven't studied too much about how the coloring system works, though.|||for every act have the TO randomly generate 2-3 mods for gear, every piece of gear worn MUST have one of the 3 mods. bonus points for having 2-3 of the mods in each piece of gear.|||i was thinking if there was 2 mods then it would be the item with the MOST of those 2 mods

eg +43 life +25 mana beats +62 life

and everyone would roll the mods seperatly once they enter an act so that you can't plan ahead
