1.11 The Perfect Grail Status Tables

What is the The Perfect Grail?

The Perfect Grail is a collection of all unique and set items in the game as perfect as possible. We have a self-found perfect grail and a perfect grail with traded items included.

In wider meaning it could be a goal you have set for yourself.

How much items is it?

504 items total, 377 uniques, 127 sets. Each type of Rainbow facet is counted as a different item. 100 Items are allways perfect when found.

How should I keep track of my perfect grail?

There is an excel spreadsheet called The Perfect Grail. You can download it here:

http://forums.diabloii.net/showthread.php?t=517032

It computes the perfection of your grail automatically if you just teh stats of your best items found. For the items which are allways perfect, you have to fill in a 1 in the found column.

An easy way to fill this in the first time is using ATMA and look at the list where the items are sorted in the same alphabetic way.

How should I add myself to/update current tables?

The code tables editing is tricky sometimes. Hit the reply button at the last post with tables, remove quote tags and comment of the previous poster. Edit the appropriate table and add your own comment. Use the Preview post button and check if the table is right. Then submit your post.

Any other rules?

Only NON-Ethereal items are allowed, since you can't tell how perfect your item is for some items, since they have variable defense.

Furtheron you have to use vanilla D2 or the RRM/ RWM mods. That means no hacked or duped items, no drop-mods, no items you are not sure of their origin! If you use an Enigma with duped runes, you can't be honored to complete the perfect grail quest! (And with that is said, all B-netters are out until they start a single player carrier ) You should also have the items physically in your stashes/characters.|||Code:

|||That looks like an exact copy and paste of Hrus's post. =\|||Yes, I thought he had a clear post, it's ok to copy good things isn't it?|||Quote:

It's polite to give credit where credit is due. It may have been more prudent to rewrite it and say it is based on the rules Hrus wrote. Meh.

It was really the smiley near the end that induced me to post about it, since that was a personalization by the original poster that was just blatantly copied and pasted as your own.|||Code:

Okay, I'll play. I wonder if you should add a column for Total Perfect Items - from your spreadsheet I have 53, without the items that have no variable modifiers.|||Code:

Good idea, I added Perfect Items found (inclusive allways perfects, since that is what the readout of the sheet is)

Found perfect Crescent Moon (amulet) yesterday |||[QUOTE=EasyGijs;5035571]

Completed my list including the "One version -always perfect" items. I'm closer on Perfection % and have surpassed EasyGijs on #Perfect Items. Hooo-hah!|||Code:

Damn, that was a long list of sets and uniques I have looked in for doing this, if you can make a program for doing this, then please do (if you have the time). The idea of a number of how perfect your items are is fun. Even though we can always discuss how to do the math.

I think I found a couple of misprint and missing variables stats, here is a list:

Aldur's Advance: Def 39-47.

Colours in Bul-Kathos's Tribal Guardian and Bul-Kathos's Wedding Band are wrong.

Astreon's Iron Ward must be ComSk instead of OffSk

Boneslayer Blade: HBLvl: 12-28

Cranebeak: EDa 240-300 and MF 20-50

Djinn Slayer: ARDem instead of AR%Dem

Dragonscale: EDe instead of Ede

Flamebellow: Missing Str 10-20

Halaberd's Reign: Missing BOSk 1-2 and BCSk instead of CommSk

The Minotaur: EDa instead of Eda

Cell B779+781+784+785+... must be empty

Verdungo's Hearty Cord: Missing Vit 30-40

Wolfhowl: LycSk instead of ShShSk|||Code:

Also, Natalya's Soul is missing its stats altogether. I suggest you update your spreadsheet with all these corrections, and then post the empty version as part of the table that gets carried from post to post.
