How do i insert "Atma code"? in posts

I want to create a pat thread and i want to insert my char in those nice scroll code windows.

I tried to just attach my ATMA dump text file but i just got message "failed to upload file".

What am i doing wrong?|||Code:

Remove spaces.|||just copy the text itself (not the file), paste it into the message box, then highlight what you want in code and click on this button.
